The owner of this studio wanted to move this property from the long term rental market to the our monthly rentals to improve the benefits.
To enter the monthly rental market with this apartment we made a simple and cost effective interior design to decorate and improve the functionality of the limited space of the apartment.
After finishing the decoration we listed the apartment for monthly rental (32 days – 11 months) what delivers a substantial higher rental income.
