This project was for one of our customers who wanted to bring this studio into the holiday rental market in the popular Platja d’Aro in the heart of Costa Brava. After our inspection of the studio, we were asked to make the design and renovation to bring the studio up to modern standards.
We managed the project including the design for renovation, where kitchen and bathroom needed a complete change. The new American kitchen and new floor and tiles created light and space in the studio. The modernization gave also a more upmarket value to the studio.
After the renovation we hand the studio over to the cooperating local real estate agent for their decoration and service for holiday rental.
